I work exclusively with Founders, CEOs, and C-suite executives at high-growth companies (typically Series A through pre-IPO, or $10M-$100M+ in revenue). My clients are already highly successful but recognize that what got them here won't get them to the next level.
The formal commitment is two 90-minute sessions per month. However, the real work happens between sessions. You should expect to spend 2-3 hours per week actively applying the frameworks and shifting your operational habits.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is the bedrock of executive coaching. I sign a strict NDA before our first session. Nothing discussed in our container is ever shared with your board, your team, or the public without your explicit permission.
The standard 6-month engagement is a significant investment of both time and capital, reflecting the high-leverage nature of the work. Exact pricing is discussed during the intro call after determining if we are a mutual fit.
